Summit started from experience and a simple observation. As financial firms grow, complexity doesn’t come from a lack of technology, but from how operations evolve over time. Processes are built incrementally, tools are added when needed, and what works in the beginning slowly turns into a collection of workflows that no longer fit together. At some point, things start to break. Data lives in different places, processes depend on a few people who “just know how it works,” and scaling the organization means adding more manual work instead of removing it.

We focus on fixing this at the root. Not by adding more tools or more people, but by designing systems. Systems that structure how work actually flows, connect data and workflows, and continue to work as the organization grows. Our approach is simple: clarity over complexity, systems over dependency, structure over improvisation.
